Mission to DC

About the Trip:

NOW is the time to step up and take action for Israel! YUPAC organizes an annual Mission to Washington for YU students to lobby for pro-Israel legislation, this year we have decided to move our trip from the usual spring season due to the unprecedented need for pro-Israel support in Washington today. Come to meet with elected officials and lobby for the funding and support that is being debated today regarding Israel, defense spending, and antisemitism.

In a time where we cannot help but feel like we want to be doing more, this is your chance! DO SOMETHING! Let's make the change.

Who? All YU Students are welcome to register, while space is available.

When? Wednesday, November 29th. We will be leaving campus early that morning (around 5 a.m.) and returning that same night (about 10 p.m.).

What? Lobbying our members of Congress regarding the relevant pro-Israel legislation that is being proposed at the time (done in smaller groups). Hearing from our 2 exciting speakers (TBA). Demonstrating Jewish strength and solidarity in the US Capitol. Special night programing (TBA).

What do I need to do? Register and SHOW UP! You will receive preparation info and be prepped so you have the tools you need to advocate effectively.

What am I paying for? YSU and BCSG have generously sponsored this trip, so with your $10 payment you will get: Transportation, brunch, snacks, and dinner!
